Food, Libations and Restaurants
Sue has been lucky to be an editor and writer in New Orleans, exploring the rich history and culture of the city and state’s cuisine and its restaurants. She has been editor for a number of noted food writers, including Gene Bourg, Lorin Gaudin and Sallye English Irvine, and has worked with Brett Anderson, Todd Price and Ann Maloney. She has also written about food and drink for local publications.
Sue is a writer for the Camellia Beans blog, exploring red beans and rice restaurants in New Orleans.
Her book “The Café Brûlot,” was published by LSU Press in fall 2021.
